Kansas City Professional Horsemen's Association
Membership Application KCPHA is open to anyone. When the application is accepted and appropriate fees are paid, you will receive a letter of acceptance and a new rule handbook. KCPHA year begins on December 1 of each year. Dues become payable on that date and registrations expire the following November 30. Anyone joining at any time during the membership year must pay the entire annual registration fee. The nomination fee is $20.00. This shall register unlimited horses for hunter/jumper points and one rider for equitation points. In order to receive full points for the show season it is necessary for the entry to be nominated by the closing date of March 31st. After this date points shall only count from the date of the nomination and shall not count for any shows prior to registration. However many riders have gained substantial points entering after March 31st. It is the responsibility of the rider to verify point accumulation and registration correctness. The point secretary must be notified in writing of any change in a horse's name. The horse must also be re-registered under its new name. No fee shall be charged for this service.
